On the square Coolplein in the city Heerhugowaard, cafe Wonder’s has built a terrace with beautiful pine trees in large casings. The company Groenmeesters, located in Heerhugowaard as well, has transformed the initially windy terrace into a pleasant seating area.

Now, the terrace is very nicely refurbished using high-end materials. On the terrace you will notice custom made casings made out of various materials such as polyester, hardwood and CorTen steel. Multistemmed pine trees are planted in the larger castings and their height of 3 meter give altitude to the terrace.

Many advantages
The green furnishing offers many advantages. By implementing high trees the wind no longer has free play; the pine trees also provide natural sun screen and covering. The Pinus in combination with the CorTen steel casings give the terrace a bold appearance. The evergreen plantation in the other flower boxes ensure a green view year-round.
